BOOKKEEPER
THE BUSINESS
An established manufacturer in the Echuca / Rochester area seeks an experienced Bookkeeper for a full time ongoing role.
ABOUT THE VACANCY
You will be part of the team in a small and friendly office environment. Your duties will include payroll, accounts payable and receivable and general administration duties.
HOURS
This is a full time role – Monday to Friday. You will work a 38 hour week, however start and finish times can be negotiated to a degree to suit the successful applicant.
ESSENTIAL
The successful candidate must be:
- Proficient in MYOB and MS Office
- Have a thorough understanding of Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Understand basic accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of payroll / awards
EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have had at least 3 years proven background in Bookkeeping or Accounting for a small to medium business. Payroll experience is also preferred.
