This role is located in a modern small office that operates in a blue collar environment. It is a role that has variety of tasks that include but not limited to the following;
- Accounts receivable and payable;
- Data entry into a bespoke CRM;
- Cash handling;
- Reception, customer service face to face, over the phone and electronically
- All manner of general administration including producing quotes, vetting service reports, etc
To be successful you will be someone who has the following skills and proven abilities;
- Outstanding customer service skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Someone known to be warm and friendly;
- Organised;
- Down to earth and no nonsense;
- Excellent written English;
- Experience with MYOB preferred but not essential;
- Possess a current unblemished drivers licence;
